What is your minimum order requirement?
To sustain our business and maintain reasonable prices, we have a minimum order requirement of Rs. 500 + delivery charges. Feel free to order as many items as you like, if the minimum amount is met.
How many days will it take to receive my package?
Orders in Lahore are usually delivered 3-4 working days after dispatch.
Orders outside Lahore may take 3 to 4 working days. It may take up to a week for remote areas such as Balochistan.
Do you provide any guarantee/warranty? Will the product color fade, dull or go black?
The color and product life of costume jewelry are not guaranteed, as they depend on usage and care. Frequent use may lead to quicker fading. Additionally, individual factors like skin type and sweat can affect the product color differently.
To extend the product's lifespan, avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals.
